For the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, Nigeria's Super Eagles have been drawn in Group A alongside hosts Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, and Guinea Bissau.
The draw took held on Thursday night in Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire, which will host the competition from January 13 to February 11, 2024.
Nigeria finished first in their group with 15 points, scoring 22 goals, including a 16-0 aggregate triumph over Sao Tome and Principe.
The Super Eagles were ousted from the competition in the Round of 16 at the previous edition in Cameroon after a 1-0 loss to Tunisia.
Nigeria last won the tournament in 2013 and will attempt to win its fourth, following victories in 1980 and 1994.
