Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), pleaded not guilty in a Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday to a charge of unlawful possession of guns filed against him by the Ministry of Justice.

The beleaguered central bank's chairman stood before attorneys to face a two-count accusation of illegally having a single-barrel shotgun (JOJEFF MAGNUM 8371).
He was charged with two counts of unauthorized possession of guns.
