Despite the rising prices of petrol and food, Mr Kumuyi expressed confidence in the resilience of Nigerians, urging the youths to be proactive in addressing the prevailing economic situation. He cited historical examples of nations and communities that faced severe economic crises but rebounded due to the efforts of determined individuals.
According to Mr Kumuyi, it takes individuals with purpose and innovative ideas to implement actions that alleviate people's suffering. He called on Nigerians not to lose hope and encouraged them to pray, plan, and pursue their endeavours with determination to make a difference in the country.
Addressing the youths directly, he urged them not to be intimidated by the current economic challenges but rather to wake up and pursue their goals with faith and diligence. Mr Kumuyi emphasised that Nigerians should not allow the prevailing economic situation to deter them from achieving greatness.
Explaining the motivation behind holding the global crusade in Ogbomoso, Mr Kumuyi expressed his passion and determination to positively impact people's lives. Ogbomoso was chosen as the platform to reach out to over 180 countries covered by the GCK.
As the crusade commences, Mr Kumuyi called on the people of Ogbomoso, particularly the youth, to actively participate and make the event a success. He believes that through collective efforts and faith in God, positive change and progress can be achieved in Nigeria.
