2023 Election: Ifeanyi Ubah wins senatorial seat

Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has firmly held onto his seat as the Senator of Anambra South Senatorial District after defeating the main competitor, Hon Chris Azugbogu, with a notable margin of 73,115 votes. 

Ubah's platform for election was the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA). Coming in second place was Chris Azugbogu with a total of 45,369 votes, and Uzo Obinna from the Labour Party earned 28,102 votes. 

It appears that Ubah received a majority of the votes from the region resulting in his memorable victory.
