2023 Election: Adebule Wins Lagos West Senate Race

Dr Idiat Adebule, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Lagos West Senatorial District, has been officially declared the election winner by Professor Solomon Akinboye, Collation Officer for INEC's Senatorial District. 

Adebule was victorious by achieving the highest amount of votes total, far surpassing her opponent from the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Segun Adewale, who received 248,653 ballots. 

Dr Adebule secured 361,296 votes to take the seat and become the new Senator-elect of Lagos West.
