An officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) was murdered by a trailer on Wednesday night in Minna's Kure Ultramodern Market.
According to reports, the victim was struck by the trailer as he was making his way to work on the night shift.
According to reports, the trailer's driver fled after abandoning the dead on the road. Even though onlookers tried to assist the Corps' operative in getting to the hospital, he passed away right away.
The incident was confirmed as a deadly collision by Kumar Tsukwam, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSCNiger )'s State Sector Commander.
Tsukwam said, however, that the trailer's driver could not be located and that it is uncertain what the trailer's registration number is.
He claims that after the accident, other cops who were on the ground gave the NSCDC officer's family the officer's remains.
