The presiding judge, Justice Emeka Nwite, revoked the nominations of (Watch Video Here) Oyetola and his deputy on the grounds that Buni, who issued their tickets, committed a legal error by holding two executive positions at once in violation of the Constitution. (Watch Video Here)
