According to reports, the building, which was supposed to be a six-story hotel, fell as it was being built on the fourth floor.
A witness named MC Governor posted on his Facebook wall that he had received reliable information that roughly three people were trapped in the rubble and one narrowly escaped.
Officials from the fire department were seen at the scene of the building accident.
