Explosion rocks gas plant near RCCG camp

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) camp is located close to a gas plant that has experienced an explosion along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway in Ogun State.

The explosion that blasted massive flames into the sky on Monday morning's wasn't yet known to have had a cause.

The development was confirmed by Ayansiji Oluwasegun, Public Relations Officer for the Federal Fire Service of Ogun State.

He declared that things were in order.

The Fire Service personnel were attending to the issue, according to Ayansiji, who also promised that information about what transpired would be made public shortly.
